This project aims to relocate the existing primary effluent sample collection from the aeration distribution conduit to the Primary Effluent Channel. The project scope includes two key phases: 1) Evaluation and Design: In this phase, a designer will assess the current primary effluent sampling piping and equipment. They will evaluate various alternatives to identify the most efficient and effective method for relocating the sample collection to the Primary Effluent Channel; 2) Construction: Once the design phase is complete and a suitable alternative is selected, this phase will involve the construction and implementation of the recommendations from the design and evaluation phase. No significant operating budget impact is expected.
