Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Daphne, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Bayfront Park Expansion and Improvements Plan, located at the west end of Bayfront Park Drive, aims to create an outdoor amphitheater with a 2,500-person seating capacity, along with additional parking. The project will include Sitework, Vertical Construction, and Landscaping items. The project includes two phases; the bulk of the proposed work is included in Phase 1, while Phase 2 includes additional parking located near the west side of the Infirmary Building. This project is the next progression of the Bayfront Streetscape Project that was completed in early 2024. Phase 1 is included in the Base Bid. Phase 2 is an Additive Alternate to be awarded if the construction cost is within the allotted budget. All Bids must be on blank forms provided in the Specifications and submitted in its entirety. A Bid Bond executed and signed by a surety company duly authorized and qualified to make bonds in the State of Alabama or a cashiers check drawn on an Alabama bank, payable to City of Daphne, Alabama, for an amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid, but in no event more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000), shall be filed with the Bid. A performance bond in the form and terms approved by the City in an amount not less than the contract price will be required at the signing of the Agreement. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids and to waive informalities and to furnish any item of material or work to change the amount of the Contract Price. Liquidated damages for non-completion of the Work within the Contract Times will be assessed in accordance with the terms of the Contract
