** As of 06/25/2025 project has been awarded to Martin Paving, Inc. with an awarded amount of $66,320.28.** ASPHALT SEAL COAT - (subject to Prevailing wage determination as established by the PA Dept. of Labor & Industry) (1) 14,937 sq yds of double application of asphalt seal coating. certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% as security. The successful bidder will be required to provide a payment bond and performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked Asphalt Seal Coat and must include bidder's name, address & phone. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, which must be paid to worker’s employed on this project, are incorporated in the Contract Documents.
