** As of 5/20/2025 project has been awarded to Long’s Asphalt, Inc. with an awarded amount of $289,265.80. ** IN-PLACE PAVING - (subject to Prevailing wage determination as established by the PA Dept. of Labor & Industry) (1)Application of 9.5mm Super pave Design Mix Wearing Course PG 64S-22, 4,914 tons; Township will purchase Superpave materials directly. (2) Application of 25 mm super pave for base repair 1,158 tons; Township will purchase Super pave materials directly; (3)Full width surface milling 1.5" depth, 33,766 sq yds; (4) Milling 3.0" depth, 6,406 sq yds as directed for base repair; (5) Fullwidth surface milling 2.0" depth, 7,024 sq yds. Bids must be on Twp. forms, available at Twp. Building or westbradford.org & include certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% as security. The successful bidder will be required to provide a payment bond and performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract. Twp. reserves the right to reject any/all bids in its sole discretion and to waive any non-conformity with respect to any bid or any error with respect to same.
