Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,080-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

**As of March 14, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project likely be awarded by April.** Question Deadline 02/14/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Questions through Online Portal Single Prime Building Contract for All Work, Including Without Limitation, General Construction, Sitework, Hvac, Fire Alarm, Plumbing, and Electrical Construction for Approximately 1,080 Square Foot Addition and Minor Renovations. The selected firm is expected to be experienced in these types of public, wage-rate, projects and construction. It is expected that the qualified firm selected will have enough level of experience and staff to carry out the general contractor requirements of this project with a minimum of five (5) completed projects of this size and type. Additionally, the selected firm will be expected to execute a modified AIA Document A101 - Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the date established for the opening of bids. Applicable wage rates apply. Bidding shall follow all applicable requirements of the laws and statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The successful bidder is required to ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or natural origin. A. The undersigned Bidder proposes the amount below be added to or deducted from the Base Bid if particular alternates are accepted by Owner. Amounts listed for each alternate include costs of related coordination, modification, or adjustment. B. If the alternate does not affect the Contract Sum, the Bidder shall indicate "NO CHANGE." C. If the alternate does not affect the Work of this Contract, the Bidder shall indicate "NOT APPLICABLE." D. The Bidder shall be responsible for determining from the Contract Documents the affects of each alternate on the Contract Time and the Contract Sum. E. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any alternate, in any order, and to award or amend the Contract accordingly within 60 days of the Notice of Award unless otherwise indicated in the Contract Documents. F. Acceptance or non-acceptance of any alternates by the Owner shall have no affect on the Contract Time unless the "Schedule of Alternates" Article below provides a formatted space for the adjustment of the Contract Time.
