The Niagara Falls Bridge Commission seeks qualified contractors to perform bridge painting, structural steel repair, deck drain downspout, electrical, and communication work on the Canadian side of the Rainbow and Lewiston-Queenston Bridges. The work must be coordinated to maintain bridge operations at all times. All Contractors must be prequalified to submit tenders directly to the Commission; if your firm is not currently prequalified to complete work for the Commission and you wish to submit a tender for this project, you must submit a completed prequalification form no later than May 1st, 2026; visit NiagaraFallsBridges.com, look under Services/Construction/Contractor Prequalification; follow instructions to submit a prequalification form. Once approved, firms generally remain prequalified to perform work for the Commission for a period of 3 years from the date of approval. It is anticipated that an Invitation to Tender for the project will be issued in September of 2026; firms prequalified to perform work for the Commission will receive a notification when the Invitation to Tender for Project is issued.
