This Request for Supplier Qualifications is an invitation to qualify for eligibility to provide CCTV Inspection and Sewer Cleaning services. The successful respondent will deliver comprehensive CCTV inspection and sewer cleaning for approximately 120,000 metres of wastewater trunk sewers, following NASSCO PACP standards to identify defects, obstructions, and maintenance needs, using continuous CCTV cable for areas with limited chamber entry or difficult conditions. Follow-up inspections and cleaning will be based on the conditions observed. The contractor shall address debris, obstructions, or defects, conduct remedial cleaning, and perform follow-up inspections as required. The work is to support ongoing maintenance and ensure operational reliability of the wastewater trunk system. Respondents should also demonstrate experience in inspecting and cleaning additional infrastructure such as storm mains, culverts, catch basin leads, and waste management leachate collection systems. Pre-qualification requirements: The respondent should demonstrate experience in the inspection and cleaning of Niagara Region infrastructure, including storm mains, culverts, catch basin leads, and waste management leachate collection systems.
