This Request for Proposal is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Schedule “B” Municipal Class Environmental Assessment for Intersection Improvements to Thorold Stone Road (Regional Road 57) and Dorchester Road, in the City of Niagara Falls, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region will only consider proposals received from proponents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFP directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal. Proposals must be submitted online only. Access to some bid documents may require registration or a subscription plan or Pay-Per-Bid access. This RFP is issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 under Category 21.
