Potential projects include new storm water infrastructure, or replacement or repair of existing facilities or infrastructure. Development and implementation of Soil Erosion plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Water Monitoring Plans, Trail Erosion Surveys, hydrological monitoring, environmental permitting and Watershed Assessments. Projects may also include project design, pollution monitoring plans, design and implementation of constructions general permit requirements and assistance with soil conservation plans. Additionally, projects may include specific tasks related to storm water and or compliance with the MS$ Permits. $50,000 approximately to $15 million Question Deadline 06/05/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Questions regarding this request for qualification must be submitted seven (7) business day prior to final submission date and shall be submitted to the OHMVR Division email at ohmvr.contracts@parks.ca.gov. Questions shall be addressed through an addendum attached to this solicitation advertisement. Contractor may withdraw its SOQ at any time prior to the deadline for submitting SOQs, by notifying DPR in writing to designated point of contact, Amy Woodhull, Contract Analyst, at ohmvr.contracts@parks.ca.gov of its withdrawal. The withdrawal notice must be signed by a duly authorized representative of Contractor. DPR reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs received in response to this RFQ, to cancel this RFQ or to terminate the selection proceedings at any time, if DPR determines such action is in the best interest of DPR. Award of Agreement, if made, will be in accordance with this RFQ to a firm deemed to be the most highly qualified to perform the required services.
