The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Mather Armory Door Hardware Installation located at Mather Armory, 10616 Superfortress Avenue, Mather, CA 95655. Work to include: The Contractor shall furnish all professional services, labor, equipment, materials, tools, insurance, permits and fees (if any) install locks, handle and exit device panic bar on the Mather armory front doors. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.
