Renovation of a military facility in Richmond, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
As of July 18, 2025, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Replace Broken and Upgrade Windows to Security Wire Glass located at Richmond Armory. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, taxes, insurance, permits, transportation and supervision to replace the three front windows and one window in backdoor at the Richmond National Guard Armory. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-17 - Glazing Contractor license, or subcontract to one.
