The City of Richmond Public Works Department is seeking to select one (1) or more qualified Contractors to provide as-needed concrete repair services, including curb ramp construction, ADA sidewalk improvements, and miscellaneous concrete repairs to the City of Richmond Public Works Department. The term of the contract will be three (3) years with options to extend an additional two (2) years. The prime contract responding to the Request for Qualification (RFQ) shall be a licensed as a Type A, Type C-8, or C-12 contractor in the State of California. The Contractor must demonstrate a successful history, for a minimum of (5) years, in the San Francisco Bay Area, on but not limited to demolition and reconstruction of curb ramps, concrete repairs of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, valley gutters, median curbs, driveways, grinding of raised sidewalks and similar miscellaneous concrete items. Additionally, the Contractor should be able to show a demonstrated ability to manage numerous small projects simultaneously.
