Site work and renovation of a civil project in Brownsburg, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project includes improvements to the East Plant and Main Plant. The base bid work includes replacement of the East Plant HVAC equipment Main Plant oxidation ditches #3 and #4 rehabilitation, replacement of the Main Plant clarifier #1 equipment. Mandatory Alternates work includes East Plant New Odor Control, East Plant Motor Control replacement, Main Plant oxidation ditches #3 and #4 improvements, and all other work required for completion of the project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, or to make such combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. NO bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days.
