This project is to improve both vehicular and pedestrian traffic with ADA ramps and crossing as well as through lane for northbound traffic on to 2nd Street. The project includes improvements to the existing traffic control systems, replacement of the existing 8-inch AC and CI effluent line, with a new 12" DI line and replacement of the existing 8" CI waterline new 8" DI waterline.
