The Athens and Zanesville Road Improvements project generally includes repair and resurfacing of the following: Athens Road, Zanesville Road, Center Street, Stine Street, Hall Street, Crowley Drive, Crowley Street, and Hickory Street Bidders are required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid Price or certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid amount to guarantee the Bidder's entrance into a contract, if awarded the project. In the event that the Owner is unable to obtain an Agreement with the Bidder initially selected, the Owner may award the contract to the next bid, most favorable to the Owner.
