The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 5,740 linear feet of 6" and 4" waterline, two pressure reducing valve vaults, valves, flush hydrant, services, and other necessary appurtenances. A. The Work islocated in the Village of Roseville and extendsfrom Ransbottom road to Rose Hill Road and Karl Brown Road. B. Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, constructing two pressure reducing valve vaults, 5,740 linear feet of water line ranging in size from 6-inch diameter to 4-inch diameter. Included, but not limited to, are gate valves, waterservices, hydrants, piping installed by open-cut and trenchless methods, and all other Work required in accordance with the Contract Documents. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $255,000.00 Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $255,000.00. The Project has an expected duration of 150 days. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities.
