Site work and renovation of a civil project in Hesperia, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project as a whole includes improvements to the Village of Hesperia wastewater system including, but not limited to, lagoon biosolids removal, installation of an automatic mechanical screening unit, lagoon site piping and control structures, berm restoration, replacement of the existing aeration system, irrigation building electrical and control improvements, irrigation area piping and valve replacement, and all related work. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond by a recognized surety in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Village of Hesperia and F & V Construction reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Project. Doc note: The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Construction Manager will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
