A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City is seeking to prequalify vertical transportation contractors to perform replacement and, modernization of escalators at 450 N. Crescent Drive Parking Structure. Projects includes replacement and In-Truss modernization of damaged escalators. The work also includes replacement of glass balustrades and stainless-steel cladding at surrounding walls and ceilings. Shop drawings are available for glass balustrade and stainless-steel cladding, and the vertical transportation contractor will be the prime contractor for this project. Prequalified vertical transportation contractors shall have experience in a minimum of four (4) similar past projects within the last ten years. Specified contractor's licensing is C-11 under the California Contractors State License Board.
