The objective of this agreement is to provide quarterly (four times per year per the Citys approved schedule) basic power washing cleaning and deodorizing services for each of the Citys 14 off-street garages and five (5) on-street parking lots, with the option of as-needed additional cleaning (details for each location can be found in Attachment B). Basic power washing is defined as the removal of all oil, dirt, grease, tire dust, and other substances that may be found in parking lots and garages. The basic cleaning encompasses the cleaning of floor surfaces, railings, and stairwells, along with walls and pillars up to 8 in height. The contractor shall use high pressure along with cleaning solutions for removal of dirt, stains, and waste. Additional spot cleaning, gum removal, along with standalone walls, stairs, and ceilings will be quoted separately by the vendor on Attachment B for work on an as-needed basis. The Contractor may need to use warm or hot water or steam to complete the task. The Contractor will be responsible for all hot water equipment.
