Sheridan Crossing Soil Remediation Work Description: Provide all labor, services, and materials necessary to implement the soil remediation work defined in Volume 2 Project Manual, which is designed to achieve a RCRA clean closure. The Project Work includes: Mobilization/Demobilization Site Preparations - Area staking, stabilized ingress/egress, erosion control BMPs, HAZWOPER and decontamination zones. Removal and staging of existing clean cover soils/vegetative layer. Treatment of soil/waste to Non-hazardous lead level (Areas 1- 12) using metals treatment agent. Loading and Transport of treated wastes to Subtitle D Landfill by licensed special waste hauler. Loading and Transport of PCB impacted Soil to TSCA Permitted Landfill Backfill excavations with staged clean cover soils in Areas 1 to 12. Batch retreatment of waste that fails lead treatment standard after 1st treatment. Off-site Management of Wastewater, if needed. Buried Concrete Debris Removal, if needed.
