Vendors are being asked to provide a plan to update the County's current elevator in the Annex of the Courthouse. In this plan, we are asking vendors to include in their options to update controllers and equipment to the latest technology, using non-proprietary equipment, including the latest code requirements. Vendors shall provide design, plans, testing, all applicable permits, materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the work described herein in accordance with all local, state and federal codes, to ensure a safe and healthy building access for Grayson County business and its residents.
