ONE - FOUR (4) - STOP HYDRAULIC ELEVATOR MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS FOR DELIERY AND INSTALLATION: -All equipment shall be non-proprietary - Four (4) stop floor accessibility - New solid state controller - New LED Hall fixtures - Digital motor control technology - New hoist-way, elevator cab wiring, and traveling cable - GAL-MOVFR/solid state limitless door operator - New hydraulic submersible Power Unit, including new motor, pump, and control valve - New LED push button panel including emergency, ADA Hands free phone, and fire service code - New machine room to house the equipment, including conduit where needed - New leveling system - New detector edge - New inspection station and pit switch - Inspect car top for any informalities - Paint car top, machine room floor and pit floor - On-board diagnostics - Provide all necessary fluids and lubrication - Factory warranty and extended warranty options -Obtain plan review from TDLR and perform acceptance test -Obtain any additional permits or certificates, as needed
