This involves clearing, grubbing grass on fields as well as on the slopes. Grade and compact to prepare for concrete ADA walkway. As required by ADA guidelines, it will be no more than five percent (5%) slope in the direction of travel on the switchbacks. To meet these ADA requirements, the walkway will have two switchbacks, one on the south side and one on the north side. Since it would be situated between trees and will require boundary edges; care will be taken to ensure that the walkway does not disturb the trees' root systems. Existing trees, grass, and decomposed granite protection must be in place.
