Renovation of a fire / police facility in Madisonville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
**As of June 06, 2025, the project was awarded to Fulcrum Mechanical, with an awarded amount of $46,473.04.** Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside as BID for "Madisonville Police Training Center HVAC Bid" and the envelope should bear on the outside the BIDDER'S name, address, and phone number. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the BID must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to: Kim Blue, City Clerk P.O. Box 705 67 North Main Street Madisonville, KY 42431 Details of scope are work are as follows: Remove existing 10 ton split electric heat pump entirely and provide and install a new 10-ton Trane (or Equal) ground mount RTU Natural Gas Package unit. Include installation of new supply and return duct into the building and connect to the existing supply and return ducts above the ceiling. Include electrical connection and gas piping to new gas meter. The City will provide a new concrete pad for the equipment. All modifications and repairs to the building wall will be the contractor's responsibility. The CITY may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any and all BIDS. Any BID may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of BIDS or authorized postponement thereof. Any BID received after the time and date specified shall not be considered.
