Site work for a water / sewer project in Fruitvale, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000387834 The project consists of improving drainage conditions in the Pioneer Village Subdivision as localized flooding has been exhibited. The subdivision will be retrofitted with a storm network and detention chamber that will capture storm runoff and improve these conditions. In order to achieve this design, roadwork will occur within the right of way of Pioneer Village Circle South in its entirety as well as portions of 32 Road. Additionally, construction activities will extend onto the private property at 575 32 Road.
