Site work for a civil project in Lehigh Acres, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Successful Bidder shall be required to fully complete all Work to be performed pursuant to this invitation to bid within 210 calendar days from and after the Commencement Date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 06/14/2025 DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT 13 1.3.1 The project will generally provide OWNER with the following: 14 1.3.1.1 Two supply wells, UFA-2 and UFA-3 (Total Depth [TD] to 15 approximately 840 feet below land surface [bls]). 16 1.3.2 OWNER reserves the right to award any or all of the Contract parts to 17 CONTRACTOR, as best serves the interest of OWNER. All parts thereof 18 which shall be constructed shall be awarded to one CONTRACTOR. 19 OWNER further reserves the right to select which part to perform first, and 20 the order of the parts performed thereafter. Time is of the essence in this 21 Contract and the time of completion must be met for the whole project. 22 1.3.3 OWNER may elect to stop the project at any time. If so, CONTRACTOR 23 will not be awarded any additional payment except for the work performed 24 up to that time and Demobilization and Cleanup. 25 1.3.4 CONTRACTOR shall, except as otherwise specifically stated in applicable 26 parts of these Contract Documents, provide and pay for labor, materials, 27 equipment, tools, construction equipment, facilities, and service Work Parts include the following: 30 1.3.5.1 Part I: Supply Well UFA-2 31 1.3.5.2 Part II: Supply Well UFA-3
