Proposals must be submitted prior to 2:30 pm on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 from companies wishing to provide these goods/services to the County. For additional instructions, visit www.leegov.com/procurement/eprocurement or contact Procurement Management at (239)533-8881. 11.1 Contractor shall install new drainage pipes at nine (9) locations on E 12th St. between Joel Blvd and North Avenue as shown on the location map attachment and contract plans. 11.2 Contractor shall remove existing pipes. 11.2.1 Several crossings have an existing double run of pipe which shall be replaced with a single run of 24-inch ADS HP Storm Pipe. 11.2.2 Backfill with 6-inch lifts to 11 1/2 inches below the finished asphalt elevation, install 8 inches of base in two compacted lifts, finish, and prime. Then, place a total of 3 1/2 inches of SP 12.5 asphalt in two (2) lifts. 1st lift (2 inches), 2nd lift (1 1/2 inches) 11.2.3 Final dress and sod each crossing 12. DENSITIES REQUIRED 12.1 Contractor shall remove and dispose of existing pipes and asphalt which will be paid for under Item No. 110-1-1 Clearing and Grubbing. 12.2 Contractor is responsible for any/all disposal fees. 12.3 Contractor is responsible for QC Lab & Testing and shall provide to County. 12.4 Contractor to furnish a proposed Traffic Control Plan to LCDOT for review after award but prior to commencement. 12.5 Contract shall ensure all Invert elevations are finished at approximately 3.2 ft below the edge of pavement (unless noted or directed otherwise by LCDOT).
