The primary scope of work involves developing an undeveloped parcel including but not limited to: o Initial Civil & Site pre: Demo (if necessary), Site Prep (Cleaning & Shrub removal), bulk fill & Grade up to 2 ft below final surface grade, and dry detention o Fill and grade up to final surface grade. o Demobilization after partial fill and grade, followed by remobilization for final fill surface grade shall be required. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, construction equipment, tools, and materials necessary to complete the work detailed in this bid package in accordance with the attached drawings, and specifications. A pre-construction meeting may be necessary with prevailing jurisdictions, municipalities, and water management authorities prior to commencement. Once a commencement date is established, it is imperative that work begins within the mandatory time frame. Anticipated construction commencement date is 1/12/26. Site work is to start within 15 days of city approved construction commencement date. Commencement date may change due to permitting approvals. Actual commencement date to be established once a bidder is selected. Prior to the submission of proposal the Contractor shall make and shall be deemed to have made a careful examination of the site of the Work and of the Contract Documents, and shall become informed as to the location and nature of the proposed Work, transportation facilities, the type and character of soil and terrain to be encountered, the type of facilities required before and during the Work, general local conditions, vehicle and equipment accessibility, and all other matters that may affect the cost and the time of completion of the Work. The failure or omission of Contractor to examine any form, instrument, or documents shall in no way relieve any Bidder from any obligation.
