Project to include: o Replace all AHUs with dual-path units; full warranty included. o Replace all existing exhaust fans with energy-efficient BAS-compatible models. o Install new VAV boxes to support the new AHUs. o Replace reprogram controls for updated HVAC configuration. o Replace all chilled water piping (Aquatherm(R) or equivalent). o Clean, flush, and chemically treat the entire chilled water loop. o Replace internally insulated ductwork. o Clean and re-wrap externally insulated ductwork. o Replace rusted or damaged diffusers. o Install Bi-Polar Ionization IAQ technology. o Replace existing chillers and pumps with (3) Trane(R) chillers; provide 10-year parts, labor, and refrigerant warranty.
