Lee County, Florida, is requesting bids from qualified individuals or firms for the LAMSID S-SF-1 Replacement Design project, which is funded in part or in whole by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program. Consultants must comply with Federal Grant Requirements, 2 CFR part 200 and 24 CFR part 570, as well as all terms, conditions, and specifications. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the provided specifications, sealed, and clearly marked with the solicitation name, number, bidder name, and contact information. Required documents and signatures must be included. The selected vendor will furnish all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals as required by the project and in conformance with the solicitation documents, including technical specifications and the scope of work.
