The Work of this Contract comprises of: Phase 1 - Remove and dispose of existing 10: 25-HP floating brush aeration units - Install 10: 30-HP surface mounting aeration units. (Aqua-Jet systems or approved equal) on south side of the lake - Upgrades to supplemental electrical equipment to support aeration technology - Remove and replace 600A panel with 1000A panel, including new conduit and conductors - Evaluation of existing transformer for continued use per the new aeration units installed - Existing transformer pad to be evaluated by Oncor Energy, per their recommendation if a new pad is required, contractor to install a new one per Oncor specifications - Oncor to replace the transformer, if required Phase 3 - Remove and dispose of existing 7: 15-HP floating brush aeration units on the north side of the lake - Install 7: 25-HP surface mounting aeration units.
