Funding for This Project is Provided Through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (Cwsrf) Program. As Such, Compliance With the Davis Bacon Act, American Iron and Steel, and Labor Standards Contract Provisions is Mandatory. Bidders Must Bid on All Items of the Contract. The Whole Work Under This Contract Will Be Awarded as a Single Contract to the Lowest Responsible Bidder for the Work.
