Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment, Services, and Incidentals for Performing All Work Necessary for: Replacement of Keetoowat Lift Station Including Package Lift Station, Site Piping, Fencing, Electrical, Sitework and Telemetry. Funding for This Project is Provided Through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (Cwsrf) Program. As Such, Compliance With the Davis Bacon Act, American Iron and Steel, and Labor Standards Contract Provisions is Mandatory. Bidders Must Bid on All Items of the Contract. The Whole Work Under This Contract Will Be Awarded as a Single Contract to the Lowest Responsible Bidder for the Work. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for at Least Sixty (60) Days After the Scheduled Closing Time for Receipt of Bids. All Checks Shall Be Made Payable to Holloway, Updike & Bellen. Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, or Cashier's Check Upon Any Solvent Ban K or Trust Com Pany, Payable Without Reserve to the Muskogee Municipal Authority in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. Bid Security of the Two Low Bidders Will Be Retained Until Approval of Contract and Execution of Satisfactory Bonds by the Successful Bidder, or Until Other Disposition on the Bids is Made. BIDDER must purchase plans and specifications. from Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. either directly for paper plans and specit cations or through our web site for download, BIDDER must be on plan holders list at Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. in order to submit a bid Each proposal must be ac-companied by a Bidder's Bond, or Cashier's Check upon any solvent Bank or Trust Company, payable without reserve to the Muskogee Municipal Au thority, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid security of the two low bidders will be retained until approval of contract and execution of satisfacto ry bonds by the successful bidder, or until other dispo-sition on the bids is made. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informal Conditional bids will not be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least Thirty (30) days. The bid may be extended for a period of 30 days by mutual agreement of the bidder and the Owner. The attention of all bidders is called to the fact that they must meet the require ments and bid in accor-dance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma govern-ing public works contracts. The bidder (Proposer) must supply all the infor-mation required by the bid and proposal form includ-ing completion of affidavits or his bid will be consid ered incomplete and there-fore rejected, The Owner may request of any bidder, before his bid is considered for award, that he submit a statement of facts as to his previous experience in performing work of the same character and magnitude, as to his business and technical or-ganization, and financial resources and plant avail able and to be use in per-forming the contemplated work. Each bidder must have such information, to-gether with a recent finan-cial statement, available upon request.
