Village of Bellevue Bellevue Bethel Park - All-Purpose Athletic Field The Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department of the Village of Bellevue, Wisconsin will accept sealed bids for Bethel Park All-Purpose Athletic Field. All bids must be made on the bid form included in the specifications. All blank spaces for bid price must be filled in, in ink or typewritten, and the bid form must be fully completed and executed when submitted. Only one copy of the bid form is required. The Board of Water Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to take such action as they deem to be in the best interest of the Cotuit Fire District.
