Demolition and site work for a residential development in Olney, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Demolition of a Single Family Residence and Unattached Garage The City of Olney reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. Scope ofWork: The successful bidder shall remove concrete drives, the structure, foundation, and footings and fill in and level the site. The bidder shall provide all necessary labor, machinery, tools, and equipment to do all the work necessary for the removal ofthe buildings. All rubbish, debris and overgrown brush or trees shall be removed from the premises to an approved facility. The work shall be completed within 30 days from the notice ofaward ofthe bid. The successful bidder shall comply with all specifications on the attached sheet entitled "City of Olney Specifications for Demolition of a Residence and Partial Garage 1007 West Catherine Street. "
