Demolition and site work for a residential development in Olney, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Sealed bids to be submitted to the City Clerk for the demolition of a singlefamily residence in the City of Olney. Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the City of Olney shall be paid on this project. The City of Olney reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. Scope ofWork: The successful bidder shall remove concrete drives, the structure, foundation, any outbuildings, trash,junk, debris and footings and fill in and level the site. The bidder shall provide all necessary labor, machinery, tools, and equipment to do all the work necessary for the removal ofthe buildings. All rubbish, debris and overgrown brush or trees shall be removed from the premises to an approved facility. The work shall be completed within 30 days from the notice ofaward ofthe bid. The successful bidder shall comply with all specifications on the attached sheet entitled City ofOlney Spécifications for Demolition ofa Residence at 1009 E. Chestnut.
