The intent of the CONTRACT Documents is to prescribe a complete outline of the materials to be furnished which the CONTRACTOR undertakes to do in full compliance with the CONTRACT. He shall furnish all required materials, and incidentals, unless otherwise provided in the CONTRACT, and shall include the cost of these items in the unit prices BID for the several units of WORK. Eastgate Subdivision Drainage project, including storm sewer, precast concrete inlets, and miscellaneous items A certified check or bank draft, payable to the City of Olney, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Olney reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
