The County of Sonoma Purchasing Division (hereafter referred to as the County) is soliciting bids for the towing of Difficult Tow Vehicles. These vehicles may include, but are not limited to: pickup trucks with campers, travel trailers, fifth-wheel trailers, motor homes, buses and bus conversions, commercial trucks, semi-trucks, dump trucks, and moving vans. The County intends to establish both non-disaster and as needed disaster Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) Agreement(s) to the successful bidder(s) for an agreement period of one (1) year with the option to extend for four (4) additional one-year periods. The County may award by combination of like items, total aggregate award or in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
