Renovation of a water / sewer project in Toston, Montana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from engineering firms qualified to design and implement upgrades to the existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Programmable Logic Control (PLC) system at DNRC's Broadwater Dam Project near Toston, MT. Question Deadline 06/11/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Questions, clarifications, or interpretations for any section of this RFQ must be submitted in writing through eMACS and must be received two by Q &A Submission closing date listed in eMACS. The State will provide a written response to all questions received by the above deadline by 5:00 p.m. MDT, Monday June 16th, 2025. From the date this Request for proposal (RFQ) is issued until an award is made and announced by the procurement officer, bidders shall not communicate with any State staff regarding this procurement, except at the direction of the procurement officer. Email is the preferred method of communication with the procurement officer . Unauthorized contact may disqualify the bidder from further consideration.
