Question Deadline 10/27/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Firms having questions or requiring clarification or interpretation of any section within this RFQ must address these issues in writing utilizing the online Q & A board listed in this event. The State will provide a written response to all questions received by the above deadline by 5:00 p.m. MDT, Wednesday October 29, 2025. The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) seeks qualifications from firms to provide Independent Consultant services for the upcoming Part 12D Comprehensive Assessment (CA) of the Broad water Hydroelectric Project. The CA must fully comply with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (FERC) updated rules and Engineering Guidelines per Order 880. From the date this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is issued until an award is made and announced by the procurement officer, bidders shall not communicate with any State staff regarding this procurement, except at the direction of the procurement officer. Email is the preferred method of communication with the procurement officer. Unauthorized contact may disqualify the bidder from further consideration. Questions relating to any information provided in this event shall be asked through the Q&A Board. The State's response will be posted on the online website with the RFQ for this project. Any other form of interpretation, correction, or change to this RFQ will not be binding upon the State.
