The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from engineering firms qualified to design and implement upgrades to the Electrical systems at DNRC's Broadwater Dam Project near Toston, MT. Questions, clarifications, or interpretations for any section of this RFQ must be submitted in writing through eMACS and must be received 5:00PM MST by June 16, 2025 Q &A Submission closing date listed in eMACS. From the date this Request for proposal (RFQ) is issued until an award is made and announced by the procurement officer, bidders shall not communicate with any State staff regarding this procurement, except at the direction of the procurement officer. Email is the preferred method of communication with the procurement officer. Unauthorized contact may disqualify the bidder from further consideration.
