Renovation of a municipal facility in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The bid solicited is for the replacement of the water softener system at the Walworth County Judicial Center Questions Due Date: Jun 5th 2025, 10:00 AM CDT The work includes the removal of the existing water softener system and all associated piping. Provide and install two (2) new water softeners, brine tank, meter, motorized alternating valve, and all associated piping and components as specified in the design document. Boiler and cooling tower feeds are to be installed after the water softener meter. A whole building water shutdown will be required to complete a portion of this project and must take place whenthe building is not occupied,after-hours, or on the weekend.The time and day of after-hourswork will be determined after thebid award. The after-hours workshall include installation of thebuilding water softener bypassand shut-off valves, so that water can be turned on to the building, while the remainder of theproject will be completed duringregular hours.
