*As of August 11, 2025 this project has been awarded to Iron Eagle Excavating for $2,196,104.60. All questions must be submitted in writing via PennBids Public Q&A by 5 PM on June 12, 2025. McGinness Innovation Park Phase I - Soil Remediation NOTE: The Council of Columbia Borough have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Columbia Borough. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Columbia Borough in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is ninety (90) calendar days. Columbia Borough reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
