Reference Number 0000294283 Question Acceptance Deadline Jun 02, 2025 02:00 PM PDT Review the 2023/24 IST report and provide a comprehensive plan of action via engineering documentation (drawings, specifications, reports, and action lists) to execute and rectify all deficiencies and recommendations included in the IST 2023/24 report. Provide estimates, solutions, plan of action for each item listed in IST report as deficiency or recommendations or new findings. Provide a list with estimates at class D / BC2 to determine which items can be completed by BGIS operations team and which items will go to tender for construction. During implementation phase of the plan of action on each item, physical testing shall be performed to establish proof of items being rectified. BGIS may, in its sole and unfettered discretion, accept any Quotation, or may reject any or all Quotations submitted in response to this RFQ. BGIS will not be bound to accept any of the Quotations submitted. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
