The Project is to be performed within Lincoln County, Nevada. The following is a summary description of the Project: Project consists of construction of a 6,000 sq. ft. culinary water treatment plant for the District's culinary water system. The plant includes treatment for arsenic via pressure filtration. Also included in the project scope are retaining walls, the recycle basin, dewatering unit, and ancillary piping at the site. Pressure filtration equipment is generally being supplied by Kurita America Inc. Project also includes equipping of a well. The purpose of the meetings will be to discuss the Project, to answer questions or concerns from Bidders, and to address any key issues related to the Project. Bids received from parties who are not present to at least one of the pre-bid meetings will not be considered. Bids must be submitted on the documents provided and must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent of the Bid. The District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to waive any informalities or minor defects in a Bid in the District's sole discretion to the extent allowed by law.
