This call for tenders is to award seventeen (17) service contracts to conduct ground surveys to obtain the first floor elevation and the lowest opening altitude on main buildings located in flood risk areas. The place of performance of the services is located in several regions of Quebec. The contracts will begin on the date of signature and end on March 31, 2026 for an expected term of 9 months. The work must be completed as soon as the contract is signed and no later than October 28, 2025. The bid must be submitted by a service provider who has, in Québec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable government agreements, an establishment where he carries out his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in their name and accessible during regular office hours. The Minister draws your attention to sections 3.12 and 3.13 of the solicitation document, which indicate the eligibility requirements for service providers and compliance with the bid requirements for this solicitation. The Minister does not undertake to accept any of the bids received, particularly where the Minister considers that prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price.
