The Volusia County School Board is interested in entering into a contract with a qualified Construction Management Firm to provide services of a specified nature as outlined in the contract to be entered into, the form of said contract being attached hereto, said services consisting of providing construction management services for a 20 Classroom Addition at Pine Ridge High, 926 Howland Boulevard, Deltona, Florida. The anticipated scope of the Project will consist of the construction of a twenty (20) classroom building of approximately twenty-five thousand square feet (25,000 SF); to include restrooms, storage rooms, mechanical rooms and circulation; site work to include drainage, storm water management systems, exterior walkways and canopies, rework existing site utilities, landscape, irrigation, and the addition of any necessary parking areas. The anticipated project completion is in June 2027. Construction shall be on an occupied campus. Work will be phased as necessary in order to prevent interruptions of student and staff services. A current Certification as a Prequalified Contractor is required to meet the minimum qualifications necessary to be considered for construction management services pursuant to the RFQ.
