**As of August 20 , 2025 , project has not been awarded yet, timeframe will be on September 3rd** The City of Deltona is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide and install a new metal roof on Station 65 located at 2983 Howland Blvd., Deltona, FL, providing all materials and labor to install the roof. Note: All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Deltona Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. The City of Deltona reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals and to make the award to that Bidder/Respondent, who in the opinion of the City will be in the best interest of and/or the most advantageous to the City. The City of Deltona also reserves the right to reject the bid/proposal of any vendor who has previously failed in the proper performance of an award or to deliver on time contracts of a similar nature or who, in the City's opinion, is not in a position to perform properly under this award. The City of Deltona reserves the right to inspect all facilities of bidders/respondents in order to make a determination as to the foregoing. The City of Deltona reserves the right to waive any irregularities, informalities, and technicalities in offers received, and may, at its discretion, request a re-bid, or abandon the project/procurement in its entirety. Description: New metal roof standing seam EF The project includes the installation of new ribbed metal roofing panels (standing seam with exposed fasteners), backed by a Limited Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty. Price to include all necessary components for a complete roof replacement.. o Labor and materials -Permit fees -Dumpster and disposal fees -All required wood components (plywood, fascia, trusses, etc.) Contractor to provide a 7-year workmanship warranty.
