Start: 21T, 327925 m E, 5302881 m N (UTM) End: 21T, 324610 m E, 5302551 m N Work will include: Clean out of existing roadside ditches as directed by the Resident Engineer. Replacement of transverse and parallel culverts; approximate transverse culvert locations are described below: Rehabilitation of approximately 750 m of Route 407 from the Searston Bridge to the intersection of Route 406. Start: 21T, 326420 m E, 5299603 m N (UTM) End: 21T, 325713 m E, 5299773 m N Work will include: O Clean out of existing roadside ditches as directed by the Resident Engineer. Replacement of parallel culverts. Provide hand laid sod end treatment for parallel culverts. Pulverize existing asphalt. Placement of granular A to the limits specified in Typical Cross Section RLU 60, Form 1110 of the Department's Specification Book. Place 1 lift of 50mm of new surface asphalt throughout various locations as described herein or as directed by the Resident Engineer. The lift of asphalt to be placed and compacted throughout the limits of the project as directed by the Resident Engineer. The contractor will adjust and tie into all existing intersections, highway access locations and roadside features in accordance with the parameters described in the Department's Highway Access Policy or as directed by the Resident Engineer; Application of granular A for shouldering. All work is to conform to Typical Cross Section RLU 60, Form 1110 of the Department's Specification Book. O IRI shall be category C smoothness.
