The City of Keene is soliciting qualifications from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide design, permitting, bid-phase, and limited construction phase services for a proposed 30-foot by 230-foot hybrid timber multi purpose pavilion with integrated photovoltaic (PV) solar array, to be located along Gilbo Avenue in Downtown Keene, New Hampshire. The proposed project is being funded in part by the Northern Border Regional Commission (NBRC) through its Timber for Transit Program. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
