The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Picnic Shelter Roof Replacements, Otter Brook Lake and Surry Mountain Lake, Keene and Surry, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor materials and equipment necessary to remove, dispose, and replace the existing asphalt shingle roofs on the Pine Shelter at Otter Brook Lake and the Maple Shelter at Surry Mountain Lake. The Government may choose to exercise up to three (3) option tasks with the same scope of work on the Alder shelter at Otter Brook Lake, and the Birch and Aspen Shelters at Surry Mountain Lake. The Government may elect to exercise no option tasks, or any combination of option tasks. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238160 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE. The Contractor shall commence work within 21 days of Notice to Proceed, prosecute work diligently, and complete all work no later than November 30, 2025. The Contractor will coordinate with the Government for the estimated start date. Work shall be performed Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM unless otherwise approved by the TPOC. No work shall be done on weekends or Government holidays. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
